Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of BoostInAI, a service operated by Casting Karma LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. What the service does — and what it does not

BoostInAI measures how often AI assistants mention your business in response to sample queries, audits your business information across third-party listing platforms, performs or requests corrections to that information, and monitors it for subsequent changes.

We do not control the output of any AI system. We make no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, recommend, cite, or rank your business, or that any measured mention rate will increase. Mention rates we report are sampled measurements taken over a stated number of runs; AI outputs are non-deterministic and will vary between runs and over time. Any statement by us about expected outcomes is an opinion, not a promise of results.

2. Your account and your listings

You must provide accurate information about your business, and you must have the authority to represent it. You remain the owner of every third-party listing and profile associated with your business. We act only as a manager or agent on profiles you grant us access to, and only within the permissions you grant. We will never take ownership of your profiles, and you may revoke our access at any time from the platform in question.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us as your source of truth. We apply that information; we do not verify its correctness.

3. Third-party platforms

The listing platforms and AI services we work with are independent third parties with their own terms, review processes, and timelines. We do not control whether a platform accepts a correction, how long verification takes, or whether a platform suspends or alters a listing. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with OpenAI, Google, Microsoft, Anthropic, Perplexity, Meta, xAI, Yelp, Apple, or any other platform named in the service.

4. Fees, billing and cancellation

The paid plan is US$89 per month, billed monthly in advance. There is no minimum term, no setup fee and no cancellation fee. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you retain access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where our published service guarantee applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; Casting Karma LLC is the seller of record and appears as such on your receipt and card statement. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Service guarantee

If your business information is not consistent across the eight listing sources we cover within 30 days of you granting us the access required to make those corrections, your first month is free. This guarantee covers our work on data consistency only. It does not cover, and we do not guarantee, any mention rate, citation, ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome. Delays caused by a third-party platform's verification process, or by access we were not granted, do not count against the 30 days.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to misrepresent a business, submit information you know to be false to a listing platform, claim a listing you are not authorised to claim, or attempt to manipulate any platform in violation of its terms. We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used this way.

7. Data and confidentiality

We store the business information you provide, the listing data we retrieve, and the raw responses we receive from AI services on your behalf. Raw responses are retained so that any measurement we report can be verified. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

9. Changes and termination

We may modify these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we stop monitoring; corrections already applied to your listings remain in place, on accounts you own.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Texas.
